New Hike – Crow Pass/Raven Glacier Overnight July 17/18

Title: Crow Pass/Raven Glacier Overnight
Location: Girdwood
Description: Crow Pass to Raven Glacier – overnight Friday night to Saturday to watch the annual Crow Pass Race. We want to go up Friday so we can be there to watch the racers early Saturday morning.

Raven Glacier This is just a fun quick overnighter – about 4 miles in on Friday night. We will camp either across from the Forest Service cabin or near Raven Glacier. Up early Saturday as the racers begin at 7:00 am, so the first racers are usually at the top about 7:20 to 7:30. Then maybe just hike a little more and head back Saturday afternoon.
